Install `@svar-ui/svelte-filemanager@2.6.0` with pnpm.
Import `FileExplorer` from `rom-ui/files/explorer`.
The default file controls do not import this optional package.

Supply an authorized `FilePage`, an authority token, and host callbacks.
Replace the token after session or permission changes.
Supply a new page object after an authorized refresh.
The explorer retains exact references separately from its private native path identities.
Names do not determine Resource IDs or storage paths.
The selection details preserve exact `bigint` sizes.
The native numeric size column omits values above JavaScript's safe integer limit.

`onselect` receives disclosed file or folder metadata.
`onnavigate` receives the exact disclosed folder identity.
The host owns the next authorized query and its continuation.
The native split, list, and card views remain owned by SVAR.

`onoperation` receives intercepted open, download, rename, create, delete, copy, and move requests.
Return `accepted`, `rejected`, or `unknown` after the host operation.
The explorer blocks native mutations for every result. Accepted operations require an authorized page refresh.
An unknown result blocks further operation callbacks in the current view scope.
The host must preserve unresolved receipts across page replacement and browser reload.
This component does not implement receipt persistence or grant permission to execute an operation.

The candidate disables SVAR's remote theme fonts and default remote file icons.
The toolbar uses shared ROM buttons and input with local Lucide icons.
Eight installed-consumer Chromium and WebKit checks pass for selection, authority replacement, local requests, unknown-operation isolation, keyboard selection, and mobile views.
The mobile check exercises native cards and split views at 390 pixels without page overflow.
The installed explorer renders on the server and hydrates in Chromium and WebKit without reported hydration warnings or runtime errors.
The hydration checks compare native row identities before and after hydration.
Svelte's component ID supplies the stable private identity scope.
The ten explorer checks and six editor regression checks pass after the shared SSR fixture refactor.
Broader accessibility remains under qualification.
The English gallery includes a local preview and a live read-only ROM attachment catalog composition.
Two local real-host browser journeys select an uploaded attachment through the explorer.
They also verify reload, exact downloaded bytes, and cross-visitor catalog and download denial.
This catalog is flat. A live ROM folder provider and mutation receipt integration remain pending.
The explorer is not yet deployed.
