# Extension packages

ROM development repositories are private. The website, gallery and compiled extension downloads are public.
An extension download does not grant access to the development repository.

## Install ROM UI

Use pnpm to install the compiled package.

corepack pnpm@10.30.0 add https://rom.cybernomad.it/packages/rom-ui/0.1.0-alpha.9/rom-ui-0.1.0-alpha.9.tgz
```

Import controls through the existing public paths.

The archive contains browser and server JavaScript, styles and TypeScript declarations.
It excludes original TypeScript and Svelte implementations, source maps and repository history.
Browser code remains inspectable as executable JavaScript.

The package selects the browser or server implementation through standard export conditions.
Use its pinned Svelte peer dependency. Optional feature peers remain optional.

## Existing installations

Earlier source archives remain available only to authorized maintainers in Gitea.
Existing public import paths remain stable in the compiled distribution.
Replace GitHub download URLs with the compiled package URL above.
